Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist in Ohio to deliver the signature Hi Five Guest Experience. You will make hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts and food service items while ensuring safe, clean operations and accurate transactions.

The role requires basic English communication, ability to handle cash and operate the POS/gas console, and a willingness to work part-time (25 hours or less) across 1st–3rd shifts. Must be 16 or older.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds and handle items up to 21 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes and other DipSide items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves and keep store area clean and organized.
• Follow safety, cash handling and security procedures.
