Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to Guests.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones and other ice cream/dairy items.
• Operate POS system and gas console for transactions and payments.
• Keep shelves, dip cabinet, and freezers stocked and presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including equipment temperatures.
• Assist with time records and basic reporting as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
