Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.

• Basic ability to lift up to 10 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare shakes, cones, malts, sundaes and other food items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves, display freezers and manage cleanup and safety.
• Follow policies to ensure safe, honest, ethical operations.
