Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and work in cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• DipSide items: shakes, malts, cones and sundae preparation.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and handle transactions.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, and keep equipment and displays polished.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies; assist with reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
