Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience by serving hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts and other treats with a friendly, efficient approach.

This part-time position (25 hours or less per week) requires accurate cash handling, safety-conscious food preparation, and the ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing communication and service skills.
• Ability to handle cash, make change and operate POS accurately.
• Experience with food/service prep at a retail point.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, malts, cones, sundaes.
• Operate POS and gas console; handle cash/transactions with accuracy.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; keep dip cabinet and display clean.
• Follow safety, sanitation and company policies; monitor equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and assist team as needed.
