Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Mason, OH is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to provide exceptional service and create the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will hand-make shakes, cones and other treats, operate the POS and gas console, and keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires friendly communication, reliability and the ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Part-time hours and evening shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare shakes, cones, malts, cups, and other hand-dipped items to order.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions and handle payments accurately.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet and keep displays clean and presentable.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and proper food handling during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to every Guest and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist Guests with product selections and upsell beverage/dessert items.
• Ensure proper cash handling and accurate register closings.
• Keep store clean, organized and stocked throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
