Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist for part-time hours. You will provide the Hi Five Guest Experience, make hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts, and other food service items while ensuring safe, ethical operation and adherence to store policies.

You will greet guests, operate the POS and gas console, stock shelves and freezers, maintain cleanliness, monitor temperatures, and help prevent loss while serving with friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to handle cash and make change.
• Experience operating POS systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones and other ice cream items.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle transactions and prevent errors.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, and keep displays clean and presentable.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and proper temperature controls.
• Complete time records and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
