Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Batavia Township, OH is seeking a part-time Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts and food service items while ensuring safe, ethical operation during your shift.

The role requires at least 16 years old, flexibility to 1st-3rd shifts, and responsibility for cash handling, POS use, inventory, and customer service in a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers.
• Willingness to perform multiple store tasks including food service.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello.
• Preparation of shakes, malts, cups/cones of ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and handle transactions.
• Stock shelves, freezers and dip cabinet; ensure display is neat and dates are in code.
• Maintain store security and follow cash handling procedures; ensure safety and compliance.
• Keep store and parking lot clean and organized; monitor equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document; perform other duties as assigned by Management.
