Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the signature Hi Five Guest Experience. Part-time schedule (25 hours or less per week) may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. You will make hand-dipped cones, shakes and malts, and support food service for guests.

The role requires friendly service, accuracy with POS and cash handling, stocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. You must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 21 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to operate POS and gas sales systems.
• Ability to lift up to 21 pounds and work in cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, and other DipSide items.
• Operate POS and gas console; handle transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and keep dip cabinet and freezers presentable.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and follow procedures.
