Job summary

The role requires standing, ability to handle cold temperatures, and excellent guest service. Shifts include 1st, 2nd or 3rd; must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to speak and understand English well enough to communicate with guests.
• Able to perform cash handling and make change accurately.
• Able to work in a fast-paced ice cream shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes and other hand-dipped items.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle transactions and discounts.
• Maintain clean shelves, equipment, and safe store conditions.
