Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Ohio is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience by serving hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts and other food-service items. You will help keep the store ready for guests and uphold safety and ethical standards.

This part-time position requires excellent customer service, accuracy in cash handling and the ability to work varied shifts, including 1st, 2nd or 3rd, with the goal of ensuring each guest leaves satisfied and ready to return.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet Guests warmly and provide accurate, friendly service.
• Proven cash handling skills and basic math accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience with hand-dipped items and shakes.
• Operate POS system and gas console, process transactions, and take payments.
• Restock and rotate merchandise; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Assist guests and communicate effectively with customers.
