United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist in Ohio. The part-time position (25 hours or less per week) involves providing the Hi Five Guest Experience, preparing hand-dipped cones, shakes, and food items, and working with the POS and gas console during shifts.

You will maintain clean, stocked conditions, follow safety and security procedures, and ensure accurate transactions while delivering friendly, efficient service that encourages guests to return.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-phase Hi Five Guest Experience to all guests.
• Prepare hand-dipped ice cream, cones, shakes, malts, and food service items.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handle transactions and cash drops.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, dip cabinet and equipment, and ensure proper rotation.
• Follow security and safety procedures and comply with company policies.
