Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to craft hand-dipped cones, shakes and malts, while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience. This part-time role supports store operations, greets guests warmly, and ensures cleanliness and accurate register transactions.

The position reports to the Store Manager and may require 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift availability. Minimum age 16; candidates must be able to lift up to 21 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures in the dip cabinet.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• DipSide: prepare shakes, malts, cups/cones, sundaes and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handle transactions and give accurate change.
