Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part‑time Ice Cream Specialist in Ohio (Norwood). You will deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes and malts, and manage simple food service items for guests.

You’ll operate the POS system and gas console, handle cash, and maintain clean, safe store conditions. Flexibility in shifts (1st, 2nd or 3rd) and a friendly, reliable attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Part-time schedule (25 hours or less per week).
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to greet Guests warmly and provide friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes and other DipSide items.
• Operate POS system and gas console for transactions.
• Keep shelves and freezers stocked and presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform safety checks.
• Assist with cash handling and accurate change.
