Call The Bee is seeking a part-time Dispatcher in Connecticut to help keep our home services team running smoothly. You will be the liaison between our office and field technicians, ensuring timely appointments and efficient scheduling.

Responsibilities include scheduling residential service calls and installations, prioritizing by urgency and location, and communicating clearly with customers. You’ll also coordinate emergency responses and maintain accurate records to support service excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential service calls and installations
• Prioritize jobs based on urgency, technician availability, and geographic location

• Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related administrative role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with dispatching software; ServiceTitan experience is a big plus
• Detail‑oriented and adept at managing logistics and timelines
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
