Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, operate radio and paging equipment and computers.
• Type quickly and accurately.
• Initiate appropriate protocols based on different situations.
• Determine appropriateness of unlocking magnetic locked doors throughout the facility.
• Multitask and organize workload.
• Location and use reference sources.
• Follow instructions and listen to callers with patience.
