Related Affordable is seeking a Part Time Occupancy and Recertification Specialist for our Hacienda 200-unit affordable community in Phoenix, AZ. You will engage residents, process certifications, and collect documents to ensure accurate rent calculations under HUD and LIHTC guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of leasing experience and knowledge of Section 8, HUD policies, and tax credit programs. This role offers flexible hours, competitive benefits, and a mission-driven work

• Knowledge of Section 8, LIHTC and HUD policies and procedures
• Detail oriented and ability to operate on a deadline driven schedule
• Possess strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• 2-4 years leasing experience

• Teamwork and reliability are essential

Aufgaben

• Through daily interactions with residents, create a welcoming experience and sense of community.
• Process certifications (initial, interim, and annual); calculate retroactive rent per guidelines.
• Collect required documentation and process verifications.
• Maintain accuracy while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Complete tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize and manage time to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Support site and office operations as assigned by manager
