Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Payroll experience required.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or difficult-to-fill positions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, payroll, employee training, and HR administration.
• Maintain ATS, LMS, training records, and electronic personnel files.
• Assist with onboarding, training plans, benefits communication, and open enrollment.
• Serve as a backup for biweekly payroll and bonus payroll administration.
• Coordinate commission approvals with Sales and Management.
• Assist ESOP Administrator with employee education and communication.
• Travel to Company locations as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
