• Post open positions and screen candidates to assist talent acquisition.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding processes.
• Manage county accounts and related documentation for compliance.
• Maintain HR records to ensure compliance with policies.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries with professional HR support.
• Assist with additional projects and team objectives.
