Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR administration and active recruiting in US market.
• Excellent interviewing skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with time-tracking, scheduling, and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with Comeet or similar ATS and Vensure or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Texas and federal labor laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and interviewing for operations and professional roles using Comeet.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, and core employee data in HR systems.
• Supervise time-tracking and attendance to ensure accurate payroll data.
• Maintain audit-ready HR records and ensure compliance with laws.
• Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day HR questions.
