Flytrex is seeking a Part-Time HR Manager to own US HR operations and staffing from the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role blends recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration with data controls and compliance, offering day-to-day flexibility.

The position supports the US team lifecycle, with potential to grow into a full-time role as needs evolve. Strong candidates will balance interviewing, policy guidance, and hands-on administration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of combined HR administration and recruiting experience in the US market.
• Excellent interviewing skills with strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience with time-tracking, scheduling, or workforce management software.
• Hands-on with Comeet and Vensure or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment & Interviewing: lead screening, scheduling, and interviewing for roles.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: manage hiring process, background checks, employee data lifecycle.
• Time-Tracking & Attendance Audits: oversee timesheets and attendance for payroll.
• HR Administration & Compliance: maintain audit-ready digital files and ensure compliance.
• Employee Point of Contact: handle daily HR inquiries and policy questions.
