Ideal candidates have 10+ years in HR, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Paylocity preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in HR and supervision
• Experience in Federal government contracting and OFCCP compliance
• Proficient in HRIS/ATS systems (Paylocity preferred)
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• SHRM member
• Experience in technical recruiting
• US citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Drives team member engagement programs and initiatives
• Oversees and manages day-to-day HR activities
• Develops HR strategy with Support Team
• Oversees onboarding and offboarding processes
• Sources candidates via platforms and referrals
• Manages candidate communications, tracking, and scheduling
• Collaborates with Project Leads on candidate pipelines
• Tracks training and development across the company
• Assists with payroll and compensation updates
• Maintains confidential personnel files
• Conducts investigations as needed
• Provides HR policy guidance and maintains the Employee Handbook
• Manages vendor relationships for benefits and insurance
• Plans and supports in-person and remote company events
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Supports implementation of HR strategies with leadership
• Researches employment law with attorneys
• Handles ad-hoc projects and travel/expense coordination
• Supports after-hours emergency issues as needed
