Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with Seattle-area resources.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Answer HR inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee handbook and policies.
• Manage benefits administration and open enrollment processes.
• Coordinate ACA filing and health benefits communications.
• Lead performance review design with supervisors.
• Maintain org chart, directories, and HRIS data accuracy.
• Oversee onboarding, new hire reporting, and background checks.
• Update job descriptions, post vacancies, and screen applicants.
• Conduct exit interviews and engagement surveys; advise changes.
• Assist in internal communications and policy improvements.
• Support admin policy development and efficiency initiatives.
• Respond to employee feedback and stay compliant with regs.
