Job summary

EnviroVantage Inc. in New Hampshire is seeking a Part Time Human Resources Manager to support a multi-state workforce.

You will be the primary HR practitioner, independently managing HR operations and partnering with leadership, Payroll, Safety, and Operations. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, HR systems, and general HR operations, with 20-25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive HR experience, hands-on Generalist preferred.
• Experience with employee relations and full-cycle recruiting required.
• Experience with field-based, construction, manufacturing, or similar workforces is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws including FMLA, ADA, wage and hour requirements.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills; able to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Independent work style with discretion handling confidential matters.
• Multilingual workforce experience helpful; Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and field positions, including postings, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintain recruiting pipelines.
• Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
• Manage new-hire onboarding from offer to start date.
• Oversee Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance.
• Maintain employee records and ensure files are complete and accurate.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations and guidance on policy application.
