Qualifications

• Studying for a degree in human resource management or related field.
• Proven experience working in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Talent Acquisition in sourcing candidates.
• Update databases with new employee information and details.
• Screen resumes to identify suitable hourly production candidates.
• Post job advertisements on boards and social media.
• Launch and complete onboarding via the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate new hire orientations.
• Respond to staff inquiries on HR policies and benefits.
• Maintain monthly team newsletters and recognition programs.
