Responsibilities

• Assisting Talent Acquisition in sourcing new candidates.
• Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
• Screening resumes/applications to identify suitable candidates for vacancies.
• Assisting in posting job advertisements to job boards and social media.
• Launching and completing onboarding processes via the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinating new hire orientations.
• Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
• Maintaining monthly team member newsletters.
• Helping plan and execute team member recognition and retention initiatives.
