Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Talent Acquisition in sourcing candidates.
• Update company databases with employee contact information and employment details.
• Screen resumes/applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Post job advertisements to job boards and social media.
• Launch and complete onboarding via the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate new hire orientations.
• Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR matters.
• Maintain monthly team member newsletter.
• Help plan and execute team member recognition and retention initiatives.
