We are searching for an Human Resources Intern, this position is located in Findlay, OH.

• HR Intern position located in Findlay OH, we are looking for a Part Time HR Intern and the hours will be based upon the candidate’s school schedule.
• This position will report to the Human Resources Manager, this is an onsite position, and we will not be paying for relocation.
• You must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Talent Acquisition in sourcing new candidates
• Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
• Screening potential hourly production employees' resumes/application to identify suitable candidates to fill vacancies.
• Assisting in posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
• Launching and completing onboarding process via the applicant tracking system.
• Assisting in coordinating new hire orientations.
• Assisting in responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits and other HR‑related matters.
• Maintain monthly team member newsletter.
• Help plan and execute team member recognition and retention initiatives.
