Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in HR/People roles, ideally in software/technology.
• Willingness to work full-time at HQ in Milpitas, CA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports employees in all employment-relevant matters, offering an open-door resource for employees, applicants, and supervisors (leave, performance, investigations, etc).
• Carries out new hire orientation and employee exit procedures.
• Conducts background checks and eligibility verifications.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and best practices.
• Performs other duties as required.
