Qualifications

• Experience in HR including recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Payroll processing experience required (preferably with iSolved).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Part-Time: Flexible schedule; approximately 10 hours per week.
• Work location: Hybrid/Remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire hiring process, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for two companies accurately and timely.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and concerns.
• As needed, update internal employee documents, policies, manuals.
