Reserve Squad is seeking an HR Payroll Coordinator to support payroll processing, onboarding and recruiting coordination on a part-time basis. The role averages about 10 hours per week, is mostly remote, with one day per week in the Cincinnati office (preferably Wednesdays).

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years payroll experience.
• Experience with HR/payroll operations and onboarding.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
