Mid-Level HR Generalist (Part-Time Contract)

We’re seeking a mid-level HR professional with hands‑on experience in HR and payroll to join our team on a part‑time contract basis. If you’ve spent the last few years navigating ADP Workforce Now and supporting employees with confidence, this role could be a great fit.

Required Availability: You must be available during standard business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, even though the role is part‑time.

Contract Duration: This is an ongoing contract position with no defined end date.

Location Requirement: Candidates must be located within 30 minutes of Malvern, PA and be able to commute to the office 3 days per week (Wednesdays).

Pay: $25/hour

Base Pay Range: $25.00/hr - $25.00/hr

What You’ll Do

• Assist with payroll using ADP Workforce Now
• Support with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Reconcile benefit invoices and manage billing
• Assist with HR projects and internal communications
• Provide backup support for our HR team as needed
