Possibilities ABA, LLC. is hiring a remote HR Generalist to support payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. The role reports to the HR Director and requires independent work across a fast-paced growing organization.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR, strong knowledge of Paycom or similar HRIS, and experience with benefits platforms. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an HR generalist or HR coordinator role.
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS preferred.
• Familiarity with benefits platforms (Enroll 365, Employee Navigator).
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage priorities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and related changes.
• Administer benefits onboarding and annual changes.
• Administer leaves of absence and return-to-work timelines.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance.
• Support employee relations, performance and compensation tasks.
• Assist HR projects and policy updates with the HR Director.
