Making A Difference Foundation (MADF) is seeking a part-time HR Consultant to support back-office operations, offering flexibility to work remotely or on-site as needed. You will advise on HR policies, handle employee records, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

This role offers flexibility to work remotely or on-site as needed. You will ensure labor-law compliance, streamline HR processes, and provide confidential, detail-oriented service to MADF staff, while collaborating with managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
• Proven experience as an HR consultant or in a similar role, preferably in back office operations
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are advantages
