Job summary

Required: 10+ years in exempt HR Generalist/Management, a Bachelor's in HR/Business, strong employment-law knowledge, and excellent communication. HRIS/payroll experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Exempt HR Generalist/HR Management experience (10+ years).
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• HR certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic and tactical HR support to multiple clients across industries.
• Guide in compliance, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and more.
• Help implement or manage payroll, HRIS systems, and leave administration processes.
• Conduct workplace investigations and advise on employment law compliance.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Part-time, project-based role with no guaranteed ongoing schedule.
• Remote-first role with availability to travel to local client sites as needed.
