Qualifications

• BA in business administration, human resources, or related field; 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding process including new hire documents and HRIS entry.
• Assist with benefits administration and HR communications.
• Maintain employee files and org charts; update SOPs.
• Support recruiting tasks: posting jobs, background checks, ATS updates.
• Coordinate training sessions and harassment prevention trainings.
