Job summary

CLASS LTD is seeking an HR Assistant to support our Human Resources Department across four counties. The role involves managing the Paycor Recruiting ATS, coordinating background checks, and handling monthly screening notifications to ensure compliance.

The successful candidate will maintain personnel files, assist with documentation in Word and Excel, and keep the Director of HR informed of important issues. Prior HR experience is required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• HR role requiring attention to details and confidentiality.
• Experience with Paycor Recruiting or ATS preferred.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple HR programs within the HR Department.
• Manage and maintain Paycor Recruiting ATS and background check processing.
• Handle monthly screening notifications and compliance tracking; maintain personnel files.
