Job summary

Community Housing Innovations, Inc. (CHI) is seeking a Part Time Case Manager to support tenants in a permanent affordable housing program within CHI’s master lease.

The role focuses on building independent living skills, rent payment adherence, and healthy housekeeping to promote housing stability. The position pays $24.04 per hour (about $25,376 annually) and offers non-exempt status with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Counseling preferred.
• Two+ years of experience in supportive housing or similar.
• Strong communication and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen referrals for eligibility and enrollment.
• Conduct tenant intake and develop ILPs for housing stability.
• Provide case management and track progress per ILPs.
• Coordinate trainings on budgeting, health, and housekeeping.
• Refer tenants to employment and community services.
• Advocate for tenants for entitlements and benefits.
• Ensure timely reporting to CHI and DHS.
