Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Salisbury NC is seeking a Maintenance Associate for a part-time role (24 hours per week). You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs to keep guest areas and back-of-house spaces in top condition, following brand standards and safety guidelines.

The position requires reliability, basic trades knowledge (electrical, plumbing, AC) and good attendance. Hours may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• Working knowledge of electricity, AC, and plumbing along with preventative maintenance.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must display professionalism and have honesty and trustworthiness.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hotel's guest and heart of the hotel areas per standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure quality standards.
• Understand and apply the hotel's mission, values and culture at all times.
• Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Operate safely and comply with all standards.
