Courtyard by Marriott Salisbury NC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance and repairs across guest areas and the heart of the hotel. You will supervise a small maintenance team, manage labor and costs, and ensure safety standards are consistently met.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, and excellent attendance. You will report to the Facilities Manager and work on-site with a guest-focused hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• Working knowledge of electricity, AC, and plumbing and preventative maintenance.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Professionalism, honesty, trustworthiness, and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility using preventative maintenance guidelines and complete documentation.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to meet hotel standards.
• Supervise labor and control costs in the maintenance department.
• Coordinate with management to ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Assist guests with issues in a professional, hospitable manner.
• Keep logs and checklists up to date; report hazards promptly.
