Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them promptly.
• Provide courteous guest service and answer inquiries.
• Post charges to guest accounts and balance house cash.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Answer the telephone with clear English communication.
• Resolve guest concerns following established guidelines.
