Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in front desk or guest services is desirable.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with reservation systems (PMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Perform accurate check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer and direct phone calls, provide information about services and local attractions.
• Secure guest payments, issue room keys, and document in the PMS.
• Resolve guest complaints and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill requests.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area cleanliness and organization.
• Follow security procedures and monitor guest access.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance satisfaction.
• May drive shuttle or assist with valet when required.
