Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or related field; 5 years supervisory experience in full-service food service.
• ServSafe certification; proficient in related industry software.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced communication and organizational skills.
• Appropriately responds to community needs.

Responsibilities

• Teaches hospitality management courses with emphasis on Food/Service Management.
• Prepares and delivers learning activities to achieve course outcomes.
• Prepares course materials such as syllabi and assignments.
• Evaluates and grades student work and examinations.
• Maintains attendance records and required documentation.
• Be available to students for coaching; attends periodic meetings with supervisors.
