Responsibilities

• Teach hospitality management courses with emphasis on Food/Service Management.
• Prepare and deliver learning activities and course materials.
• Evaluate and grade class work, labs, assignments, papers and exams.
• Maintain attendance records and other required documentation by deadlines.
• Be available to students for coaching and guidance.
• Attend periodic meetings with supervisors, division, or College.
