Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations. The role involves 45‑minute visits, medical history review, physical examination, and optional tests, conducted in patients’ homes with travel within licensed states.

The position is part-time with a weekly 29.5 hours expectation and a base pay of $125 per hour. Candidates must hold an active MD or DO license and be eligible for multi-state licensure.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area.
• Multistate licenses are preferred.
• Part‑time, in-home evaluations across member homes.
