Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience (preferably in a design related environment).
• Passion for great customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Strong sales, organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to drive sales by understanding needs and guiding options.
• Close sales confidently and educate customers on in-store, online, app, or quote purchasing options.
• Assist walk-ins on the sales floor and in the design studio as needed.
• Explain store and online services such as credit, financing, warranty, installation and delivery.
