Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience (preferably in a design related environment)
• Passion for great customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in Google Suites and/or Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in operating tablets and POS systems
• Strong sales, organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers and drive sales by understanding needs and guiding options
• Close sales confidently and educate customers on in-store, online, app or quote purchases
• Assist walk-ins on the sales floor and in the design studio as needed
• Be an expert in services offered in store and online including credit, financing, warranty, installation and delivery
• Participate in all store operations including processing new products, floor sets, replenishment and upkeep
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and team members
• Share innovative ideas to improve team operations
• Adapt to a high-energy, dynamic work environment with changing products and promotions
