Soleo Health is seeking a full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Denver, CO area. This role provides direct patient care in home settings, coordinating with pharmacists, prescribers, and home care partners to ensure safe, effective infusion therapy.

Requirements include an active Colorado RN license; BSN preferred; 3 years infusion experience is advantageous. The position offers mileage reimbursement, benefits, and a 40-hour workweek with occasional evenings and weekend

Qualificações

• Current RN license in Colorado, in good standing.
• BSN preferred.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas (e.g., CRNI, ONS) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care for assigned patients; initiate and maintain communication with care team.
• Educate patient and care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environment and implement interventions to ensure safety.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the team; monitor therapy response.
• Coordinate patient care via company platform and document encounters promptly.
