Job summary

Addus HomeCare, Inc. is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse to provide in-home patient care in Paragould, AR. The role offers a flexible schedule with a set 3 days/24 hours per week, enabling patients to stay independent in their homes.

You will perform supervisory visits, evaluate care plans, and support the care team while traveling locally. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure and at least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Must be able to travel locally in own vehicle and have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the plan of care and oversee delivery of client services.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the care plan.
• Follow up for unskilled services and provide education trainings.
• Communicate with Case Managers and care team members.

Hours: Part Time This is an hourly position with a set schedule of 3 days/24 hours per week.

As an Addus Registered Nurse, you will:

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Follow up for unskilled services
• Present educational in-service trainings
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• 2 years of experience required
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
