Qualifications

• Maintain required certification as CNA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision.
• Prepare meals considering dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and engaging activities.
• Record and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate records per agency policies.
• Adhere to plan of care and EVV documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and patient rights.
